📋 1. What You Need Before You Start

Make sure you have these digital items ready on your computer before opening the application:

1. Valid Passport: A clear photo of your passport data page (must be valid for at least 6 months).

2. Valid Residence Permit: A clear photo of your Residence Permit.

3. Passport Photo: A passport-style photo with white background (you can easily take this with your smartphone against a plain white wall).

Step 1: Head to the Genuine Government Portal

⚠️ Critical Warning: Only use the official government portal: ksavisa.sa. Avoid any third-party websites that appear on search engines as sponsored ads; they will charge you upwards of an extra €50–€100 for nothing.

Step 2: Create Your Account

• Click on Login

• Create Account

Step 3: Complete the Personal & Travel Details

• Select your nationality and fill out your personal information exactly as it appears on your passport.

• Under "Purpose of Travel," select Tourism / Umrah.

• Input your arrival dates and your intended hotel address.
